Pre-launch notice. Strive is not yet delivering leads. These standards take effect for each buyer on the start date in its written agreement, and every consumer site is brought into line with them before its first lead is sold.

§ 1Scope

These standards apply to every lead Strive delivers to a buyer. A lead is a request for a quote or service submitted by a person on a consumer website owned and operated by Strive.

§ 2Exclusivity

Each lead is delivered to one buyer. That buyer is the business whose territory and filters match the request.

  • Strive sells each lead to one buyer only. We do not sell or resell your leads to anyone else.
  • Leads are not auctioned through ping-post or sold to the highest bidder.
  • A lead credited back to you is not resold.
  • Your territory is defined in your agreement by ZIP code, county, or both.

§ 4The consent record

Every lead carries the same record. These are the fields our lead handler stores and forwards with each lead.

FieldWhat it records
idUnique identifier for the lead.
siteThe Strive consumer site the request came from.
received_atServer timestamp when the request arrived, in UTC.
consent_givenWhether the person checked the consent box.
consent_textThe consent wording, word for word, as shown on the page.
consent_atWhen the person gave consent, as reported by the form.
consent_urlThe page the consent was given on.
consent_ipIP address of the submission, read by our server.
consent_user_agentBrowser and device details of the submission.
landing_url, referrerHow the person arrived at the site.
country, region, cityApproximate location derived from the IP address.

The record shows what was captured. It is evidence of consent, not a guarantee that any particular call or message complies with the law. How you contact the person remains your responsibility.

§ 5Retention and access

  • Our policy is to keep consent records for five years from submission.
  • Records are stored in a Strive-controlled database, separate from any buyer's CRM.
  • A buyer can request the record for any lead it received during that period, and we provide it within 10 business days in a readable export.

§ 6Delivery and controls

  • Leads are sent by webhook or email after they pass your filters, including any answering-hours window.
  • You set the territory, job types, answering hours, and a daily cap.
  • You can pause delivery at any time. Volume increases only with your written approval.

§ 7Invalid-lead credits

Credit terms are written into your agreement before the first lead ships. Categories that qualify for credit include:

  • A disconnected or non-working phone number.
  • A duplicate of a lead you received within the window set in your agreement.
  • A request outside your agreed territory or job types.

The request window, the evidence needed, and how credits are applied are set in your agreement.

§ 8What we do not do

  • No co-registration, list rental, or aggregated data.
  • No leads purchased from third parties and resold as our own.
  • No legal case or medical case leads.
  • No sale of a lead to more than one business.

§ 9Changes to these standards

Each version is numbered and dated. We notify active buyers in writing before a material change takes effect. Questions go to [email protected].
